Exchange & Refund Policy

Our Mission: To ensure that you, as our valued customers, receive satisfactory products and services. However, if you have any questions, we are here to assist with returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If your item(s) is delivered more than 30 days ago, we will not be able to process any requests for refunds or exchanges.

 

Requirements for Eligible Returns

Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, including its original packaging. The product must also be free from any stains or damage.

 

Non-Refundable Cases

1. Items customized according to customer requests, such as specific ring sizes, engravings, or changes to stone type or size.

2. Items damaged due to improper use.

3. Items lost due to inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer.

 

Returns & Refunds

1. Restocking Fee: For non-quality issues, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.

3. Customized Items: such as ring sizes over 9 US or under 3 US, are non-refundable.

4. Return Address: We will provide you with a return address upon request.

5. Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

 

Returns & Exchanges

1. Exchange Limit: Each item can only be exchanged once.

2. Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Order Changes During Production:

If you need to change your order within 48 hours of placing it, a 20% fee will be applied to cover materials and labor. Changes requested after 48 hours may not be possible.

 

Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled more than 24 hours after purchase will incur a fee to cover the cost of materials and labor:

24-48 Hours: 20% restocking fee

48-72 Hours: 30% restocking fee

72 Hours and Beyond: 50% restocking fee

Trackable Shipping: A trackable shipping service is required when returning items. We do not issue refunds or exchanges without a tracking number.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
