Delivery Time Explanation

The total delivery time consists of the production period and the shipping period.

 

Shipping Arrangement Explanation

1. Domestic (USA): Our preferred shipping partner is USPS.

2. International: Depending on the destination country, we work with various shipping companies to ensure your package reaches you.

3. Once your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number immediately.

 

Shipping Cost Explanation

1. Orders within the United States are eligible for free shipping.

2. For other regions, an additional shipping fee of 30 USD will be applied.

 

Production Time Explanation

Standard Production Time: 15 working days.

Rush Production Time:
925 Sterling Silver (Gold-Plated), or Platinum Products: 10 working days.
14K/18K Solid Gold Products: 15 working days.

 

Delivery Time Explanation

Domestic (USA): After production is completed, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.  

Other regions: After production is completed, delivery typically takes 5-7 working days.

Please note: Couriers may not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, local time.

 

Customs Duty Exemption Explanation

Once the package arrives in the destination country, all duties and import taxes will be collected. If applicable, these fees must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses the package due to import duties or taxes, they will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges.

 

Important Reminders

To facilitate smooth delivery by the courier, we recommend that you provide your mobile phone number at checkout. In addition, we can contact you in case of any issues.  

Moreover, we cannot offer compensation for any delivery failures resulting from incorrect or invalid phone numbers.
